Using the same cooking techniques and farm to plate ethos, Parallel is an immersive experience of the values that Pasture embodies. Sitting at the counter is the best seat in the house as you watch the chefs create spectacular dishes. The space is raw and inviting, with pops of colour working throughout the interior. Mirrors spread around the site bring the closeness of the counter to your table, ensuring every diner feels part of the action.
