Proudly settled within Castle Quarter, just a stone’s throw away from Cardiff Castle, Pasture promises to make fine dining accessible to everyone. Honest, raw, industrial, but ultimately refined: Pasture’s passion focuses on the quality and theatre surrounding making and sharing food whilst celebrating the process from farm to plate. The exposed brickwork of the building is stripped back, holding an open-kitchen showcasing fire-based cooking and charcoal grills. Dry ageing cabinets are displayed around the site, alongside the in-house butcher freshly preparing meats.   

Moving downstairs into The Vault, private dining rooms carved out of the existing stonework surround a basement bar. Here you can find lounge-style seating, unique cocktails, complimentary dishes and an abundance of fine wine.
